I have struggled with a copper deficiency for 4 years but only recently discovered this in blood work. Doctors seem oddly clueless about this and are taking their time on the issue. Their considering some other unknown factor since genetics was ruled out for copper disorders and it’s assumed diet should have met my requirements. My concern is some of the info on food vs copper supplements and how food copper is actually very different to the body. I would love to hear more about how you proceed with this deficiency.
