Instagram

I found out that some of you who follow me here on Instagram do not know I have a blog! It's easy to find in my bio or just type in Chronic Eileen to Google and you'll find me all over the internet. Here are some screen shots of some of the essays and articles I have written or been featured in. I have been blogging for a few years now and this year I plan to expand to YouTube and a podcast. Stay tuned. It's important to me to make my work more accessible to others and I know living with chronic pain, especially in my neck and shoulders reading can be a challenge. I'm at the point where I find writing to be getting more and more difficult so I am going to use some of my creative energy in making my work easier and more accessible to those in pain. I have a few more essays being edited and soon to be published!

Reminder to my friends with #ChronicIllness
Joint juice day - Wow I needed this. Been feeling pretty crummy lately and had a moment when I felt I couldn't catch up, this will help. I hate when my illness gets the best of me. Damn you illness for making me feel like lesser of a person.
The worst. Some days I feel really stupid because of brain fog... I'm a fat better writer than speaker.
Got any spoons to spare?
